Commercial Construction Superintendent – Austin, TX
Location: Austin, TX

Compensation: $110K–$130K base + truck + gas card + bonus
Project Types: Ground-Up Retail, Tilt-Wall, and Industrial
OverviewWe are hiring a Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale ground-up retail and industrial construction projects in the Austin area. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing trades, field safety, and jobsite coordination.
Responsibilities- Supervise all field construction activities and subcontractor performance
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence on site
- Coordinate inspections, materials, and logistics
- Maintain daily reports and field documentation
- Partner closely with Project Managers to meet project goals
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial ground-up or tilt-wall construction
- Experience in retail or industrial projects strongly preferred
- Background in the trades or military leadership a plus
- Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, and field coordination
