Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical General Superintendent to lead and manage large-scale commercial electrical construction projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing multiple job sites, ensuring quality control, enforcing safety protocols, managing field personnel, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

• Oversee multiple electrical projects from start to finish.
• Provide leadership and direction to project superintendents and field staff.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain budgets, schedules, and staffing needs.
• Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Develop and implement processes to improve field efficiency and productivity.
• Assist with workforce planning and manpower forecasting across projects.
• Foster a culture of safety and accountability on all job sites.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial electrical construction, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Deep understanding of the NEC, safety codes, and construction processes.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and fast-paced project environments.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Proficiency in construction technology platforms and scheduling software is a plus.
