Superintendent, Construction

Our client, a leading commercial general contractor in Texas, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground‑up and renovation healthcare construction projects across the Austin area.

• Lead all onsite construction activities for healthcare projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
• Enforce strict safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and facility teams
• Maintain project documentation, daily logs, and progress reports
• Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to healthcare regulatory requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction
• Strong understanding of ICRA, interim life safety, and hospital protocols
• Proven track record delivering commercial or healthcare projects in Texas
• Ability to lead field teams, build relationships, and drive project execution
• OSHA 30 preferred; additional healthcare certifications are a plus
