Associate Recruitment Consultant - Texas Construction - Commercial & Multifamily DivisionWe are partnering with a respected construction company in the Austin market to identify an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, managing risk, and delivering technically challenging projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change management
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Drive successful project closeout and client satisfaction
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager on large-scale commercial projects
- Proven experience managing complex builds
, including: - Multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, or similar commercial sectors
- Strong financial and contract management skills
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing fast-paced schedules and multiple scopes
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- High-profile, technically challenging projects in the Austin market
- Strong preconstruction and operations support
