Associate Recruitment Consultant - Texas Construction - Commercial & Multifamily Division

We are partnering with a respected construction company in the Austin market to identify an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, managing risk, and delivering technically challenging projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
  • Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change management
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Drive successful project closeout and client satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager on large-scale commercial projects
  • Proven experience managing complex builds
    , including:
  • Multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, or similar commercial sectors
  • Strong financial and contract management skills
  • Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing fast-paced schedules and multiple scopes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
