* Job Summary:

** The
** Inspector
* * is responsible for overseeing the inspection and quality control of airport buildings and infrastructure, including terminals, aviation
** buildings, and support facilities**. The inspector ensures that all structural, architectural, and finishing works comply with project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and aviation industry standards.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

**** Building Inspection & Quality Control:
*** Conduct
** inspections of structural, architectural, and finishing works
** to ensure compliance with approved designs and material specifications.
* Verify construction activities against
** FAA, ICAO, IBC, NFPA, and local building codes
** applicable to airport facilities.
* Monitor
** concrete works, steel structures, roofing, glazing, flooring, ceilings, partitions, and fireproofing**.
* Identify
** construction defects, safety hazards, and non-conformities**, and recommend corrective actions.
* Witness
** testing and commissioning
** of various building systems, including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical installations.
** Project Coordination & Reporting:
*** Collaborate with
** contractors, engineers, architects, and airport authorities
** to ensure project quality.
* Maintain
** daily inspection logs, progress reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs)**.
* Participate in
** project meetings
** and provide updates on construction quality and safety compliance.
* Assist in
** troubleshooting construction challenges
** and ensuring timely resolution.
** Safety & Regulatory Compliance:
*** Ensure adherence to
** aviation safety standards**, including fire resistance, wind loads, seismic requirements, and accessibility codes.
* Conduct
** safety inspections
** related to airport infrastructure and report potential risks.
* Support the implementation of
** risk mitigation strategies
** for high-priority buildings.

* Requirements & Qualifications:

**
* *
* Education:

** Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
** Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management**.
* *
* Experience:

** Minimum
** 5+ years
** of experience in
** building inspection, construction supervision, or quality control**, preferably in aviation projects.
* *
* Certifications:

**  +
** Construction Quality Control (CQC), LEED, or OSHA
** certifications are a plus.  + Familiarity with
** airport construction standards and regulations**.
* ** Technical

Skills:

**  + Strong knowledge of
** structural, architectural, and finishing works
** in airport environments.  + Proficiency in
** AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and inspection reporting tools**.

* Soft Skills:

**  + Strong
** problem-solving, communication, and teamwork
** skills.  + Ability to work in a
** high-pressure environment
** with strict timelines.

Compensation Range:$55,392.00 - $73,856.00
