We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in education or K-12 construction projects
. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities for K-12 or education projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to meet project goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, school administrators, architects, and engineers.
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience, with K-12 or education projects preferred.
• Experienced working in a Superintendent position
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
