Construction Superintendent

Associate Recruitment Consultant – Texas Construction – Commercial & Multifamily Division

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead large-scale, complex commercial construction projects in the Austin market. This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader who excels at managing complex builds, driving schedules, and coordinating diverse trade partners on high‑visibility projects.

Base pay range: $ – $ per year.

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules
  , including short‑interval planning
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
• Ensure projects are built in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Drive jobsite safety culture and enforce OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, and inspections
• Proactively identify and resolve constructability, sequencing, and logistics challenges
• Maintain accurate field documentation and reporting

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large‑scale commercial projects
• Proven background leading complex builds such as high‑rise, mixed‑use, healthcare, industrial, or large institutional projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and quality control
• Ability to lead diverse teams and communicate effectively with project stakeholders
• Experience working with demanding schedules and tight urban jobsites preferred
