Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities- Support the Superintendent in daily on-site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain schedule and quality
- Assist with site safety enforcement and compliance
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Help resolve field issues and maintain project documentation
- 2+ years of construction field experience preferred
- Background in commercial or residential construction (adjust as needed)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands‑on experience on exciting projects
