The General Construction Laborer works independently as well as part of the team in various aspects of construction. This full time position has opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

• Assist in various construction task such as digging, lifting, carrying materials and etc.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Load and unload materials and supplies.
• Assist in demolition.
• Maintain cleanliness of job site.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Any additional tasks or projects assigned by their supervisor.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At lease 2 years of experience in construction.
• Ability to read and understand project plans and instructions.
• Knowledge of various construction tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Successful candidates must complete a drug screening and background check prior to employment.
