• Perform routine quality‑control tests, including concrete and nuclear moisture/density testing
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Prepare and submit daily reports
• Interact with clients, contractors and design professionals
• Attend job‑site meetings
• Operate testing equipment in laboratories
• Pursue continuing education and role‑specific certifications
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to pass a drug test
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and in a team; maintain composure in a high‑pressure setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Experience with a company laptop or iPad; knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Construction or technical training
• Valid ICC Certifications in Reinforced Concrete and Soils
• Valid OSHA‑10 Certification

• Bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, and lift over 50 pounds using equipment
• Operate heavy equipment as necessary (ultrasonic non‑destructive testing machines, concrete cylinder presses, etc.)
• Maintain safe mobility over obstacles, walkways and ladders; traverse rough terrain
• Work outdoors in variable weather; lab safety protection as required

While most work is local to the Austin‑Metro area, some travel may be required.
