- Base + bonus

Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for the overall management of a construction project, from start to finish. This includes overseeing all aspects of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. The Superintendent must also be able to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of the construction project, from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule and budget
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Resolve project issues and conflicts
- Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Maintain quality control standards
