Project: 10,000 SF Retail Facility + 25,000 SF Industrial Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Superintendent to join a well-known and highly regarded construction company as they establish and grow their new Austin operation
.
The successful candidate will take a lead role on a 10,000 SF retail development alongside a 25,000 SF industrial centre in the North Austin / Georgetown area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with a strong reputation and be part of an exciting period of expansion in the Texas market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Monitor quality, safety and productivity on site.
- Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate field activities.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team.
- Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial construction.
- Excellent subcontractor and site management skills.
