Laborer, Construction, Construction Labor & Trades

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members to help build pickleball courts across the region. As a Laborer at Pickle Pros, you’ll assist with site prep, concrete placement, overlay installation, and general construction tasks under the direction of the Project Manager.

• Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, leveling, and finishing.
• Help apply court overlays, surfacing materials, and line markings.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and safe at all times.
• Follow direction from supervisors and work effectively with the team.

• Prior construction or concrete experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Must be punctual and safety-minded.
