Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-end commercial interiors and tenant improvement projects in Austin, TX, owning budget, schedule, client relationships, and project team leadership from preconstruction through close-out.

• Take full ownership of the construction process on fast-paced, high-end commercial interior and tenant improvement projects
• Own project budgets and schedules, including cost control, forecasting, and change order management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, carrying the relationship from preconstruction through project completion
• Manage all communication between clients, design teams, landlords, and subcontractors
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers reporting to you
• Actively participate in preconstruction, including estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
• Oversee project documentation including requests for information (RFI), submittals, and change orders
• Participate in business development activities including client meals, entertainment, events, and outings

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
• Demonstrated ownership of project budgets and schedules on commercial interiors or tenant improvement projects
• Experience carrying client relationships and managing communication with owners, architects, and landlords
• Experience leading Project Managers or Assistant Project Managers
• Ability to read drawings, build schedules, and use construction platforms such as Plan Grid
• Familiarity with current construction processes and technology
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction from senior management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interior tenant improvement or ground up experience required
