Field Superintendent - US, Texas - Permanent Contract
Our client, a leading data center organization in the US, requires the support of a Field Superintendent for their Texas-based project. Since 2008, this organization has focused on supporting enterprise and hyperscale customers with customized data center solutions. Their exceptional reputation comes from extensive experience providing customized development and facility management to data hall operations, critical construction services and sustainability.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily site operations, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety/environmental standards
- Assist with inspections, documentation, and reporting
- Resolve construction challenges to maintain schedule and budget
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, support punch list completion
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in construction (data center experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Procore or similar software a plus - Strong knowledge of trades, blueprint reading, and site safety
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
