Role & responsibilities

- Independently handle and monitor all day-to-day site activities for industrial RCC and PEB building projects.
- Thoroughly study architectural, structural, and detailed engineering drawings before execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
- Manage labour, subcontractors, materials, and site resources efficiently.
- Prepare quantity calculations, material requirements, project estimations, and BOQs.
- Prepare and verify contractor bills, RA bills, measurement sheets, and client billing quantities.
- Monitor project progress, maintain daily site reports, and coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, and other departments.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues, ensuring proper coordination between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Independently take responsibility for overall site management, from planning and execution to final handover.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. /

B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
- Hands-on experience in both RCC and PEB building construction.
- Ability to independently manage and execute site activities from start to completion.
- Strong knowledge of structural and architectural drawings, quantity surveying, estimation, and billing.
- Experience in labour management, subcontractor coordination, and material planning.
- Good knowledge of site quality control, safety practices, and project scheduling.
- Ability to handle site measurements, BOQ preparation, RA bills, and client billing.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills.
