We are looking for a
Structural Pathology Specialist
to act as our "consulting brain." Your main mission will be to diagnose pathologies in buildings remotely and design rehabilitation plans, working alongside the field operations team. This role is not for traditional construction inspectors; it is designed for an expert in structural calculation.

• Diagnose root causes (bending, shear, carbonation, settlements) using limited and remote evidence (photographs, reports).
• Design innovative and viable structural reinforcement solutions for real-life construction.
• Translate and communicate complex technical diagnoses to clients who are not engineers.
• Lead technical investigations with high autonomy and lateral thinking to solve "rare cases."

• Experience: Minimum 2 verifiable years strictly in structural engineering (if your experience is not exclusively in pathologies, a greater number of years of general experience will be required).
• Language (Disqualifying): Advanced Operational Technical English to interpret American blueprints and regulations on a daily basis.
• Technical Knowledge (Proficiency in at least
  3): American regulations (ACI 364, ASCE 11), reinforcement design (FRP, micropiles), foundations, expert appraisals or root cause analysis.
• Mandatory Portfolio: Verifiable forensic dossier showing the magnitude, scope of your participation and client in real pathology projects (censored data accepted under NDA).
• Mandatory English Validation: Verifiable technical evidence of fluent writing and reading of reports under U.S. codes.
