The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience working for an Interiors General Contractor running multiple Class A Office TI's from 750K to 5M+. They should be able to run 2-3+ at the same time and be able to handle an aggressive schedule. This candidate should be professional, articulate and be able to represent the company in preconstruction interviews.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operation of construction projects in Austin
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
- proficient is scheduling software's
- 5-7 years of experience in managing a budget for TI construction from $750K-5M
- Ability to read construction documents
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
