Thanks () is seeking a Creative Producer to join our global team in the US, and play a key role in bringing advertiser campaigns to life across our publisher network. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, design, and product teams to execute our vision of creating the only ad network where everyone wins.
As the creative engine behind our advertiser campaigns, you’ll ensure every campaign is set up for success with engaging, on-brand creative that drives performance. You’ll own the end-to-end production and management of advertiser creative across the Thanks platform – from receiving an offer from an advertiser, through mock creation and approval, to launch and performance monitoring.
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented creative professional who thrives on producing tangible outputs every day. You’ll bring hands-on experience with ad creative production, strong visual and written communication skills, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality. You’re naturally organized yet creative, comfortable working across time zones, and excited to build scalable processes in a fast-growing startup environment.
What You’ll Do- Creative Production & Testing:
Translate advertiser offers into engaging ad creatives using Figma, designing and producing multiple variants per campaign to test what drives the best performance across our publisher network - Approval Management:
Manage mock review and approval processes with Sales teams and advertisers, ensuring timely feedback collection, creative updates, and smooth handoffs from concept to launch - Campaign Launch & Monitoring:
Upload approved creatives into the platform, ensure campaigns go live accurately and on-brand, then monitor performance to identify high-performing variants and share insights with the team - Process Improvement:
Continuously improve creative production workflows – building templates, refining versioning systems, optimizing feedback loops, and establishing best practices that increase both speed and consistency as we scale
- Figma proficiency with hands‑on experience designing ad creatives, managing design files, and collaborating with stakeholders through the platform
- Ad creative production experience including understanding of creative workflows, versioning, approval processes, and what makes effective advertising across digital channels
- Strong visual communication and copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, on‑brand ad copy and design that aligns with advertiser offers and resonates with audiences
- High attention to detail – you catch errors before they become costly, ensure brand consistency, and maintain quality even when moving quickly through high‑volume requests
- Time and process management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple creative requests simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver quality work under tight timelines
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to manage feedback loops between internal teams and external advertisers, working smoothly across Sales, Design, and Product without friction
- Bias for action and self‑direction – you operate with urgency in fast‑moving environments, can prioritize work independently, and deliver without heavy oversight
- Calm under pressure with the ability to handle volume, competing requests, and occasional ambiguity while maintaining composure and quality standards
- Startup mentality – comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to rapid change, excited to build processes, and thrives on seeing creative work go live daily
- Familiarity with adtech platforms, campaign management systems (Asana, Hub Spot), or ad serving platforms
- Experience collaborating effectively across time zones, particularly between Australia and the US
- Exposure to creative testing methodologies, multivariate optimization, or understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement)
- Broader understanding of advertiser and publisher dynamics in digital advertising ecosystems
