Texas Development supports growth by offering professional development opportunities that help every team member accomplish their goals, enrich their skillset and deepen their engagement with UT.## Purpose The University Development Office is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create impactful visual communications that advance the University's ambitious fundraising goals. Under the direction of the senior art director and together with the marketing team, the graphic designer will shape donor experiences through compelling design and storytelling.##
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high-quality, engaging materials - such as proposals, presentation decks, impact reports, infographics, and stewardship pieces - to support presidential-level fundraising initiatives.
* Collaborate with the Transformational Gifts team to develop solutions that inspire donors to invest in UT and communicate their impact.
* Partner with design and marketing team members on campaign initiatives.
* Create and maintain proposal and presentation templates.
* Preflight/prep print files and coordinate production with printers, including press checks.
* Maintain and uphold the UT brand and visual style across all creative.
* Photo editing.
* Other duties and functions as assigned.##
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree.
* 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
* Ability to design and produce high-quality work with a strong sense of concept development, superior design, technical and editing skills, and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design and visual storytelling.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
* Solid understanding of print production processes, specifications, and file preparation.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
* Excellent collaboration and communications skills for working with cross-functional teams.
