Job Description: Unilux Brand We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, from corporate conferences to community gatherings. Your organizational skills and creativity will help ensure that each event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression on attendees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various events including corporate functions, workshops, and social gatherings.
  • Support the Events Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining project timelines.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary materials and services are secured prior to events.
  • Help to design and create event materials including invitations, programs, and signage to enhance the event experience.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, catering, audio-visual equipment, and registration processes.
  • Manage attendee lists and assist with event registration and check-in on the day of the event.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary for events.
