Creative Producer

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Creative Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing event materials and vendors, creating impactful design presentations, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to the overall success of experiential design projects. The Creative Producer will collaborate closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute unique event concepts, and will be responsible for styling and problem‑solving on‑site to ensure seamless execution.
* This role is contract‑based and is not a full‑time position. Specific contract duration will be determined by the project.
- Project Sourcing:
Identify and source event materials, items, and vendors that align with budget constraints and project goals. Ensure the sourcing of high‑quality items at competitive prices. - Design Presentations:
Create and prepare visually appealing design presentations that align with client expectations and stay within budget. - Vendor Management:
Oversee and maintain productive relationships with vendors, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within specifications. - Collaboration:
Work with the Creative Director to support various design‑related tasks and projects as needed. - Onsite Styling:
Oversee and execute on‑site event styling, ensuring that the creative vision is implemented accurately and seamlessly. - Problem‑Solving:
Exhibit confidence in making on‑the‑spot executive decisions to resolve any challenges that arise during events.
- Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in experiential design or on‑site styling. - Availability:
Must be available during working hours to communicate via Slack and participate in project‑related internal and external calls. Flexibility of schedule to be available for evening and weekend events. - Technical Proficiency:
Experience using project management tools such as Google Drive, Excel, Slack, and Canva, as well as design software including Adobe Illustrator and Procreate. - Travel:
Must be available for travel as required for project execution. - Location:
Based in Austin, Texas is preferred but not required.
