Videographer​/Studio Manager

Content Factory ATX is a fast-growing done-for-you content production and paid ads agency based in Austin. We specialize in short-form video, high-quality studio shoots, and lead-generation campaigns for dentists, doctors, med spas, lawyers, real estate professionals, and other high-ticket service businesses. We’ve generated over $20M in online sales for our clients, and we’re scaling fast.

We’re looking for a Videographer who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and knows how to deliver cinematic-quality content while balancing efficiency and client expectations.
This role includes frequent travel for shoots across the U.S. as well as regular shoots at our Austin studio.

• Film high-quality content in our Austin studio and on-location (events, client offices, lifestyle shoots).
• Operate and manage professional video equipment: 4K cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, audio gear, drones (a plus).
• Collaborate with creative directors, project managers, and editors to capture footage aligned with client goals and content strategies.
• Handle multi-camera shoots, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio.
• Maintain and organize gear, troubleshoot equipment issues on set.
• Capture a mix of long-form and short-form video content (VSLs, ads, reels, testimonials, highlight reels).
• Occasionally assist with set design, production logistics, and directing talent.

• 3+ years of videography experience (agency, brand, or freelance).
• Strong portfolio/reel showcasing work in ads, social media content, and event coverage (required with application).
• Proficient with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Sony/Canon preferred), lenses, and lighting techniques.
• Strong understanding of framing, composition, and storytelling for social media formats (vertical & horizontal).
• Experience with audio capture (lavs, booms) and basic sound troubleshooting.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to several times per month) for client shoots and events.
• Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate (regular in-studio and local client shoots required).
