About the JobWe are seeking a highly talented Creative Design Manager to join our Brand Marketing and Creative Content team. This role is responsible for guiding and developing creative for a variety of mediums, ensuring that our brand consistently resonates with consumers in meaningful and impactful ways. You will direct multiple design projects at once, manage a team of designers, and guide external agencies and freelancers.
This role is for someone who thrives within a fast‑paced environment, is always up for the next creative challenge, and enjoys being collaborative, hands‑on, and a master at multi‑tasking.
- Creative Strategy: This role will oversee all omni‑channel marketing creative, ensuring that the brand’s creative strategy is consistently expressed while thoughtfully adapted to the specific objectives, formats, and audience behaviors of each channel. This leader will drive creative excellence that not only elevates brand storytelling but also enhances performance through channel‑specific execution and integrated marketing communications.
- Creative Production: You will lead, guide, and art‑direct conceptual development and creative execution of stills and motion content.
- Creative Operations: Manage the day‑to‑day flow of creative work—from intake and briefing to execution and delivery. Working closely with Project Management ensure projects are prioritized against business needs, timelines are met, and resources are allocated efficiently. Drive process improvements that increase speed, clarity, and output quality. Keep the creative engine running smoothly so the team can focus on producing great creative content that drives results.
- Manage and Inspire: Oversee a team of in‑house and freelance designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment. You will mentor, review and steer design consistent with the brand’s voice produced by the team of designers.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing channel leads, brand marketing, and external agency partners to ensure integrated Marketing creative meets brand standards and channel strategy.
- Trends and Innovation: Maintain high standards for innovative and creative work while staying current with the latest industry trends in advertising and design to ensure the Pet Honesty brand identity remains a leader in the industry.
