Responsibilities
- Design static creatives optimized for paid social platforms
- Translate creative briefs into clear, conversion-focused visuals
- Create multiple design variations for testing (layouts, headlines, formats)
- Use AI tools to assist with ideation, iteration, and efficiency
- Collaborate with creative strategists
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and performance goals
- Prepare and deliver final assets for ad platform requirements
- Maintain organized design files and workflows
- MUST meet deadlines and operate in a fast environment with quick turnarounds
- Strong graphic design skills with a good eye for layout and hierarchy
- Ability to understand and execute against creative briefs
- Proficiency in Figma and related design tools
- Comfort using AI tools to support the creative process
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience designing for digital or social platforms is a plus, but not required
