We're looking for a UX Graphic Designer to design user‑centered visuals and intuitive digital experiences that align with our brand and business goals. You'll collaborate with marketing, product, and cross‑functional teams to produce high‑quality assets that enhance usability and deliver visual impact. This position blends graphic design with UX principles and requires a creative self‑starter who understands how design influences interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Experience Design: Support UX/UI initiatives by creating user‑friendly designs for websites, landing pages, digital ads, and app interfaces.
  • Branded Visual Content: Design cohesive visual assets for social media, presentations, marketing collateral, and advertisements – ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
  • Motion Graphics & Multimedia: Use After Effects and related tools to develop animated graphics and short‑form video content.
  • User‑Centered

    Collaboration:

    Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure that design solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
  • Brand Consistency: Apply design principles, including typography and layout hierarchy, to maintain a polished and consistent visual identity.
  • Project & Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a graphic or UX designer, with a strong portfolio highlighting digital design, UX/UI work, and branding.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects);
    Figma or similar UX tools a plus.
  • Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and user interface best practices.
  • Strong grasp of design systems, accessibility standards, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Motion graphics and/or videography experience is a plus.
  • Must be coachable, team‑oriented, and self‑driven with a proactive mindset.
