Seeking an Art Assistant to join our independent production for an upcoming music video shoot in Austin, TX. We need someone ready to jump in and help execute the creative vision from day one. This project is a high-energy, visually driven indie pop music video with a vibrant, playful aesthetic. We're looking for someone who can help bring a fun, stylized world to life through set dressing and prop management.
Key responsibilities include assisting the Art Director with prop sourcing, set decoration, organizing the art department workspace, and general on-set support. You'll be working closely with a small, dedicated crew to create dynamic visual elements. No specific gear is required from you, just a willingness to contribute creatively and work hard. We're open to all experience levels; enthusiasm and a good work ethic are what matter most.
If you have any relevant portfolio work or examples of your creative projects, please share them. Shoot dates are approximately 1-2 days in late November 2026, with 1-2 prep days prior. Days will be full, around 10-12 hours. Compensation is $100-200/day, depending on experience. Meals and craft services will be provided on set.
