We are looking for a Post-Production Manager who can own the final creative quality of premium long-form You Tube videos for top creators and brands.
This role is for someone with strong You Tube judgment, excellent creative taste, and the ability to review an edit and make it significantly stronger before it reaches the client or goes live. You should understand what makes a long-form You Tube video work: the hook, pacing, story clarity, retention, branding, sound design, visual quality, and overall viewer experience.
We are not looking for someone who only manages timelines, tasks, or file movement. We are looking for someone who can review videos through a performance lens, give clear feedback to editors, and help raise the creative quality bar across post-production.
The ideal candidate can watch a rough cut, revised cut, or final cut and clearly explain:
- What is working
- What feels weak
- Where viewers may drop off
- What needs to change
- Why it matters
- How the editor should improve it
