At Susie Cakes, we make old-fashioned, sentimental dessert favorites—baked from scratch on-site daily with the freshest ingredients. Our signature Celebration Cake is a birthday staple, and our bakeries combine nostalgia with the warmth of a modern, neighborhood bakery. Our purpose is to nurture connections through Celebration with our team, guests, and community.

• Greet, welcome, and connect with guests to deliver premium guest service.
• Handle guest orders and transactions in an efficient and professional manner.
• Perform guest service tasks and other duties as needed to maintain service quality standards.

• One year of experience in a customer service environment preferred
• Previous food handling experience in hospitality or food & beverage is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in cross-functional roles (front-of-house & back-of-house)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds

• A high school diploma or GED required

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
