Welcome to Meow Bark Veterinary! We are a new, locally-owned veterinary clinic dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to pets and their families. We opened January 2025, and we are already growing! We look to continue to build a team that shares our passion for animals and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting and efficient environment. Responsibilities include checking in pets, assisting pet owners, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and ensuring that the clinic is a welcoming place. If you have a love for animals and a knack for multitasking, we would love to hear from you!

• Greet pet owners as they arrive
• Check in pets for their appointments
• Collect and confirm pet and owner information
• Answer phones
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
• Process payments
• Other administrative duties, as assigned

• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective and empathetic communication with clients
• Comfortable working with a variety of animals
• Detail-oriented and skilled in verbal and written communication
• Spanish-Speaking and Fear Free certification is a bonus!
