Job Summary Welcome to Meow Bark Veterinary! We are a new, locally-owned veterinary clinic dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to pets and their families. We opened January 2025, and we are already growing! We look to continue to build a team that shares our passion for animals and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting and efficient environment. Responsibilities include checking in pets, assisting pet owners, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and ensuring that the clinic is a welcoming place. If you have a love for animals and a knack for multitasking, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Greet pet owners as they arrive

Check in pets for their appointments

Collect and confirm pet and owner information

Answer phones

Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments

Process payments

Other administrative duties, as assigned

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills

Effective and empathetic communication with clients

Comfortable working with a variety of animals

Detail-oriented and skilled in verbal and written communication

Spanish-Speaking and Fear Free certification is a bonus!
