Position: Experienced Onsite Professional needed in Austin, TX on 1/20

Onsite Professional Opportunity

This is a manager level assignment. The client is specifically requesting someone who has experience in independently executing meetings. Meeting materials may be shipped directly to you, the client will let you know.

Basic Guidelines as Required by the Client
  • Date and Time:
    • 1/15, Thursday: 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Venue:
    • Eddie V’s Edgewater Grill
      9400 B Arboretum Blvd Austin, TX 78759
Attire
  • Client requests that you wear professional business attire.
Pre-Event Expectations
  • Client requests that you confirm receipt of correspondence.
  • Client requests that you participate in a pre-event conference call, date and time to be determined. You will be paid for this time.
On-Site Expectations
  • Client requests that you arrive to the venue on time, confirm room set up, correct AV is delivered and set up and number of guaranteed guests based on registration materials.
  • Client requests that you set up the sign-in sheet, pad/pens (if necessary), signage, etc.
  • Client requests that you monitor the meeting to ensure guests receive the proper menu items, guests are not overserved and that that meeting remains on schedule.
  • Client requests that you assist guests to make sure they can fill out the survey.
  • Client requests that you request the final bill or banquet check and compare to BEO. Number of guests must match the number of guests on the sign-in sheet.
  • At the end of the meeting, the client requests that you take a picture of the final bill/receipt and the sign-in sheet and text them to the client.
  • Within 24 hours of conclusion of the event, the client requests that you ship remaining materials, any receipts/copies of bills, etc back to client.
Post-Event Expectations
  • Client requests that you email them immediately following the program to provide them with general feedback.
  • Client requests that you deliver meeting materials to contracted shipping vendor within 24 hours of the meeting’s conclusion. You will be paid for this time.
