Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national leader in massage, facials, and hair removal with 500+ locations across the U.S. and Canada. Our Arbor Trails location is looking for a Front Desk Associate who knows how to create standout guest experiences and isn’t afraid of sales.

If you’re energetic, people‑driven, and motivated by goals, we’ll teach you the spa side. You bring the customer service.

• Greet guests and deliver an exceptional front‑desk experience
• Meet membership sales goals (hourly + commission)
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage basic admin tasks
• Communicate services, promotions, and retail options clearly
• Maintain spa cleanliness and professionalism
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends
