Job Description

We are seeking skilled, Spanish-speaking Leasing Manager for upcoming opportunities in the South Austin area. We are looking for motivated, friendly, and experienced leasing professionals who match the requested skill set to apply and get started!

*** Some Weekend Availability Preferred - Leasing consultants thrive on the weekends! ***

• Must Be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• At least 6 months of leasing or related experience.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws, property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, RESMAN, etc. is a PLUS.
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for residents and prospects.
• Knowledge of property leasing processes and regulations.
• Familiarity with preparing lease agreements and conducting background checks.
• Professional appearance.

• Provide exceptional service to prospective and current residents, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish.
• Showcase apartment homes, community amenities, and neighborhood highlights to prospective residents.
• Handle leasing processes, including applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident follow-ups.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Assist with marketing efforts, resident retention activities, and community outreach.
