TMD Staffing is looking to hire Customer Service Agents in North Austin, Texas! PART TIME - GREAT FOR STUDENTS OR STAY AT HOME PARENTS WANTING A PART TIME JOB!! FULL TIME - 8-5 pm (Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate : $16.00 English/ $18.00 Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Have you ever paid a bill online? You will be assisting others to make online payments for different billers. Patience is required as you will be working with those who may not be tech savvy or have issues making online payments.
Work Environment :
In Office (COULD BE WFH WHEN TRAINED)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous Customer Service and/or Call Center Experience (minimum 1 year)
- Proficient with working with web-based applications and Microsoft Office products
- Keyboarding, Data Entry and Computer Proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team Player, positive attitude, professional with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Professional Voice Quality (English or English/ Spanish)
* Dependent on voice skill needed for call coverage - Must pass background and credit check
