TDCJ - Customer Service Representative III - Victi

This position reports to the TDCJ Victim Services Division (VSD) Headquarters located in Austin, Texas. This position's work schedule is Monday through Friday. The primary duties include answering calls received on the TDCJ VSD hotline, responding to inquiries for information from victims, criminal justice professionals, and concerned citizens regarding an inmate's parole review status, assisting with registering them for notification from our Integrated Victim Services System (IVSS), and providing accurate information and appropriate referrals.
