Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations to ensure office efficiency, compliance, and a high standard of patient care.
- Supervise and support patient coordinators, dental assistants, hygienists, and treatment coordinators to maintain smooth workflows.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and front-office operations to optimize productivity and patient experience.
- Support dentists and staff with treatment planning, billing, and insurance processes while ensuring accurate financial transactions.
- Monitor office finances, including expense management, invoice submission, collections, and receivables, to maintain profitability.
- Maintain office inventory by overseeing supplies, equipment, and facility cleanliness for an organized and professional environment.
- Lead hiring, training, and staff development while addressing patient and employee concerns professionally to foster a positive workplace culture.
- 2+ years of management experience within a dental setting.
- Experience working in a dental or medical office is required.
- Experience in insurance processes and billing is a must.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software.
- Strong attention to detail, compliance, and confidentiality in handling patient records and office operations.
