What We Offer:

• $10,000 signing bonus paid at start!
• Up to 30–35% adjusted production (BOE)
• Daily minimum up to $750–$1,000! (BOE)

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS or DMD degree with active Texas license
• Strong interest in pediatric-focused dentistry
• Experience in pediatrics, endo, surgery, or implants is a plus
• General Dentist excited to expand clinical skills
• New graduates welcome
