We're a growing, patient-first practice with offices in San Jose and Antioch, and we're looking for a fully remote Dental Billing Specialist to keep our revenue humming and our patients smiling, from wherever you do your best work.
What you'll own:- Chase dental insurance claims from submission all the way to payment, and win the appeals
- Verify benefits and eligibility before patients ever sit in the chair, so there are no surprises
- Post payments, reconcile EOBs, and crush outstanding A/R
- Be the friendly, clear voice patients turn to with billing questions and payment plans
- Have dental billing experience and know your way around PPO plans
- Are comfortable in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar software
- Get real satisfaction from watching an aging report shrink
- Are organized, detail-obsessed, and love owning results
