Key Duties- Set up and prepare treatment rooms/operatory areas
- Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure smooth chairside flow
- Capture digital X-rays
- Sterilize and properly maintain instruments and equipment
- Update and maintain accurate patient charts
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients
- Maintain strong professionalism, infection control practices, and patient comfort
- Adapt to different practice teams while delivering consistent, high-quality support
- Prior dental assisting experience and comfort with chairside procedures
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
- Ability to take digital radiographs accurately
- Strong communication and patient-focused bedside manner
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Reliable, adaptable, and professional with attention to detail
