Dental and Orthodontic Virtual Assistant – PL

Help Squad is a remote provider supporting U.S. based dental offices and orthodontic practices. This role owns administrative support in dental and orthodontic operations, including front desk duties, scheduling, patient coordination, and revenue cycle tasks.

• Handle incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage reminders
• Assist with new patient registration and maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate provider schedules, consultations, and follow up visits
• Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and assist with estimates
• Submit dental claims, monitor statuses, and support accounts receivable
• Support treatment plan coordination and communication between patients, providers, and staff

• Hands-on experience in a dental office or orthodontic practice
• Experience in front desk, scheduling, insurance verification, or billing
• Familiarity with dental practice management systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental, Ortho2, Cloud 9, etc.) is a plus
• Experience using dental insurance portals and communicating with U.S. providers preferred
• Strong written and spoken English and professional patient communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks
