Position: Architect-Intermediate (Data Centers)

Project Architect

Base pay range: $74,700 – $98,025 annually.

Location:

United States (any location; hybrid all‑US opportunity).

Responsibilities
  • Research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients across multiple industries.
  • Apply architectural design knowledge to zoning, building codes, systems, and materials.
  • Mentor less experienced architects and designers, collaborating with technical and engineering leads.
  • Deliver excellence through all project phases, from planning through construction administration and close‑out.
  • Maintain firm‑wide quality standards and work with multi‑disciplinary teams to implement design intent.
  • Participate in advanced technology facilities projects supporting AI and other critical services.
  • Travel to project sites as required (within the US).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with strong Revit skills.
  • Professional Architectural License; ability to be licensed in multiple states.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
  • Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to develop budgets, review schedules, and understand scopes of work.
  • Strong team leadership and cross‑team collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across the US.
  • Preferred:
    Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Experience designing advanced facilities (data centers, life science, industrial).
  • Professional organization participation.
  • LEED AP credentials.
