An Austin Real Estate Development Group is looking to expand their office with a Mid-Senior level Landscape Architect/Landscape Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the outdoor environments that define the company’s signature developments. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to bring bold, sustainable, and community-focused landscapes to life—spaces that not only complement the architecture but also elevate the everyday experiences of residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate the project progress - through client and team interaction
• Collaborate with architects and other design disciplines through project lifecycle
• Contribute to site planning, planting design, public realm strategies and construction detailing
• Take ownership of project stages from concept through to delivery
• Participate in team reviews and contribute to the studio’s collaborative culture
• Commitment to crafting environments that inspire connection, creativity, and community

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent study
• 6+ years of professional experience across relevant sectors
• Experience with high-end commercial projects and/or high-end residential projects
• Design-forward approach
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Revit
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
