* Key Responsibilities:

* Working knowledge of the operation and maintenance requirements of CNC machinery
* Installation, service, and repairs of CNC machines and industrial equipment
* Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot a wide variety of equipment and systems such including but not limited to hydraulics, PLCs, electrical, pneumatic, and other mechanical systems
* Ability to interpret machine tool manuals, technical documents, and additional resources to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
* Complete planned and minor to major preventive maintenance activities
* Conduct investigation and root cause analysis on machine crashes and unexpected events
* Ability to work with vendors and suppliers to obtain spare parts and request technical assistance
* Enter purchase order requisitions and capital expenditure requests as needed
* Ability to lead and motivate maintenance technicians to meet desired goals
* Ability to work well with cross-functional team members Manages others to ensure appropriate SOPs, Standard Work and enforces applicable personnel policies and procedures
* Actively participates in performance management and optimizes labor needs with business and customer requirements
* Must have excellent conflict resolution skills and be able to handle confrontation diplomatically; must be able to work in a dynamic environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged
* Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participates in meetings
