The Role

We're on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to spearhead our Architectural Draftsperson & Compliance team! You'll oversee a team of talented professionals, ensuring top-notch compliance assessments with our cutting-edge eCheck software
.

Your Day-to-Day

• Lead and mentor a team of Architectural Draftspersons & Compliance Technicians
• Oversee compliance assessments using our proprietary eCheck software
• Provide expert insights on zoning laws, building codes, and planning regulations
• Collaborate with architects and designers to resolve compliance issues
• Monitor team performance, enhance training programs, and drive efficiency
• Keep projects on track, ensuring compliance assessments are completed accurately and on time
• Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with evolving local and international building regulations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in architecture, compliance, or a related industry
• Deep knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and planning regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino3D, and/or Revit
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for reviewing and assessing design documents
• Experience with automated compliance tools or software-based regulatory assessments
• Strong communication and leadership skills—you know how to motivate and inspire!
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping deadlines in check.
