Cabinet IQ is one of the fastest-growing kitchen and bath design/build brands in the country — and our Austin flagship showroom sets the bar for excellence. We’re seeking an experienced, creative, and driven Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our elite team of professionals.
This isn’t your average design job. You’ll collaborate daily in office with other top kitchen and bath designers and a highly skilled operations team that executes projects with precision.
Our new showroom is the most stunning and well-appointed cabinet and counter top studio in Central Texas — featuring premium product lines, advanced design technology, and curated vignettes that make every client feel n you join, you’ll step into an environment with established B2B accounts and a strong pipeline of new homeowners eager to transform their spaces.
What You’ll DoLead the client journey from concept to sale — designing dream kitchens and baths that blend function, beauty, and innovation.
Build lasting relationships with homeowners, builders, and designers through trust, expertise, and creativity.
Meet clients in their homes to take precise field measurements and offer design recommendations.
Use 2020 Design Software to create detailed layouts, renderings, and quotes.
Collaborate seamlessly with our operations and installation teams to deliver a truly turn-key, white-glove experience.
Maintain showroom excellence and ensure every display tells a design story worth sharing.
What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in kitchen & bath design and sales (required)
Proven ability to sell luxury products and close high-value projects
Proactive, polished, and confident communicator
Strong computer proficiency; 2020 Design Software experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
Construction experience and field knowledge a plus Exceptional organization, math skills, and attention to detail
