Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage interior architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design integrity and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm professionally in all interactions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field; professional licensure preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in interior or architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
