Bespoke Careers is a global architecture and design staffing agency with offices in US, UK and Australia. We have been working with the world's leading architecture and design firms for the last 20 years. We are looking for a Senior Architecture and Design Recruiter to join our growing team in Austin.

We are looking to add to our team in Austin with a motivated recruiter interested in working in a boutique architecture and design staffing firm. This is a 360 role, so you will be managing the whole recruitment process from bringing in the client to sourcing the candidate.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, enjoy client interaction, and be passionate about the design industry. Working collaboratively with like-minded people, you will provide inspiration and guidance to others looking for their next career move.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting architecture and design firms through outbound sales activity
• Meeting with clients to discuss hiring needs
• Sourcing candidates through networking, Linked In Recruiter, advertising, and cold calling
• Conducting screening interviews and portfolio reviews
• Attending networking events and conferences
• Coordinating interviews and negotiating salaries

Who you are

• Driven, resilient, motivated, positive
• Love working with people
• 3 - 5+ years in an outside sales role (bonus points for recruitment experience)
