Construction Contract Administrator – AIA Austin

Join the design‑focused architecture & planning firm, Nelsen Partners, to lead contract administration for complex commercial projects in our Austin, TX studio.

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Construction Contract Administrator driven by a passion for design excellence, high quality buildings and spaces, collaboration, and professional development.

• Experience – 10+ years working with complex commercial projects, including mixed‑use, multi‑family or hospitality
• Technical Knowledge – strong knowledge of building technologies, construction methods, details, codes & specifications
• Software Proficiency – Revit (required), Bluebeam, Newforma, MS Office
• Communication – successful communicator & collaborator in a high‑energy team environment
• Licensure – preferred, but not required
