Cadence is offering a 16-week paid returnship program for qualified candidates who meet our eligibility criteria to jump start skills through training, hands-on projects, and customer interaction. You will have an opportunity to update your resume, build connections and participate in events as you re-enter the workforce. You will work with EDA tools, collaborate with R&D and the Sales team in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Role opportunities span across Digital Synthesis, Place and Route, and Signoff Analysis within the Application Engineering field.

• Participate in a 16-week paid returnship designed to jump start skills for individuals re-entering the workforce after caregiving.
• Work with Digital Synthesis, Place and Route, and Signoff Analysis tools and workflows.

• Experienced Physical Designer with a minimum of three years in Physical Design work.
• Eligibility criteria: must be a Physical Designer who has been out of the workforce for caregiving for at least two years; not open to new graduates or interns.
• Location preference:
  San Jose, CA.
